Here's how a(n) Business Technology Manager for our US Head Office office contributes to our team:


  • Oversees team leads responsibilities and expectations as they relate to initiative completion.
  • Coaches and develops team leads on managing teams and provides expertise relating to operational tasks.
  • Works effectively with Business Technology resources on Business Technology/ Corporate projects, innovations, challenges, and other tasks as required.
  • Manages projects and oversees district initiatives including deliverables, communication to stakeholders, and schedule.
  • Identifies, creates, and implements solutions for existing and emerging operational needs.
  • Implements best practices across all districts.
  • Improves efficiencies of systems administration and service delivery through process review and enhancements.
  • Assists with defining and setting standards for end-user computer hardware and management.
  • Values, models, and coaches the solution provider and profitability culture.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or a related discipline.
  • 10 years of progressive IT experience with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and present ideas and content that contribute to the corporate strategy.
  • Ability to think logically and analytically, and to constructively express ideas and concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion.
  • Ability to work independently and leads teams, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of detail orientation, with the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and requirements.
  • Exhibits strong management skills, with the ability to delegate and coordinate activities effectively, and lead and motivate the team.
  • Results-oriented, with strong project management experience.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.

The salary range for this position is between $93,000 and $122,600 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
