Here's how a(n) Fleet Coordinator for our Resources office contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
- Performs administrative functions relating to gathering and analyzing quotes, researching specifications, and performing calculations in support of acquisitions to all PCL districts.
- Completes ongoing equipment administration function in support of equipment and tool transfers, accounting activities, and repair/service.
- Assists with tracking and process of equipment titles/Manufacturer Certificate of Origin (MCO) application process, annual registration renewals and cancelations across all PCL districts.
- Performs administrative functions relating to researching comparables and calculating values for disposals.
- Completes invoices received, ensuring proper cost allocation and payment.
- Creates and issues appropriate purchase documents, expedites orders, and ensure receipt of equipment and accuracy of invoicing.
- Develops general equipment and tool knowledge including general understanding of equipment and small tool repair costs and processes by working with internal and external subject matter experts (SME’s), using supplier resources and varied acquisition assignments.
- Provides direct equipment and tool support to customers.
- Assists in the research and calculation of rates for new fleet additions.
- Participates in annual reviews of internal equipment market valuation.

- Strong attention to detail and analysis of day-to-day tasks.
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Basic knowledge and application of construction tools and equipment considered an asset.
- Ability to understand and apply basic financial concepts with basic negotiation skills.
- Aptitude and desire for corporate responsibility, integrity and business practices, and ethical decision making.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic ability to facilitate conflict resolution.

Your salary, which considers your unique qualifications and experience, is just one component of the robust total rewards you'll enjoy at PCL. The salary range for this position is between $50,000 to $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
