Responsibilities
- Get exposure to the various areas of Human Resources including recruitment, workforce diversity, training,professional development, health & wellness, and HR special projects and general administrative functions
- Assist with research, coordination and administration of Human Resources programs and initiatives
- Support the implementation of corporate and regional initiatives
- Assist the HR team with planning and executing Denver District initiatives
- Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation
- Undertake research projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish is preffered.
- A desire to pursue a career in Human Resources working in the construction industry.
- Ideal candidate will have previous work experience in an office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and stated objectives while managing shifting priorities.
- Detail oriented and thorough.
- Works well as part of a team and with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software programs.
- Must be authorized to work in the US *PCL will not sponsor an employment visa (e.g. H1-B, etc.) for this position 18 years of age or older.
- Available to work in Denver, CO, full time from May 18th, 2026 to August 7th, 2026.
- Employment with PCL is contingent upon passing a substance abuse test conducted by a third party.

The salary range for this position is between $20 and $26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days, though it may be open for a longer period of time. We encourage your prompt application.
