We are seeking a dynamic and strategic recruiter to lead and evolve our recruitment efforts within the buildings and civil construction industries. This pivotal role requires stakeholder engagement, hands-on sourcing expertise, and a targeted approach to high-demand talent acquisition.

 

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier professionals who align with our values of honesty, integrity, respect, passion, and a dynamic, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior level, complex and high-impact roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including passive candidate outreach and talent pipeline development.
  • Facilitate interviews, debriefs, and offer negotiations, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in both corporate and agency settings.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
  • Experience with various ATS platforms and proficiency in sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
  • LinkedIn Certified Professional – Recruiter designation.
  • Familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors or similar HRMS systems.
  • Expertise in employer branding and social recruiting strategies.

The salary range for this position is between $98,000 and $120,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days, though it may be open for a longer period of time. We encourage your prompt application.
