This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective practices, maximizing system utilization, providing training, supporting new system enhancements, and driving ongoing adoption. The position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with stakeholders for project implementation, ongoing support, reporting and analytics, process optimization, and true system ownership from a business perspective. The HR Business Solutions Manager will have decision-making authority to ensure the systems align with organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures efficient and effective practices in the utilization of SAP SuccessFactors HCM system and other HR technology solutions.
  • Develops and delivers training programs for users to maximize system utilization.
  • Provides ongoing business support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
  • Acts as a liaison between HR stakeholders and HR Systems to address system requirements and challenges.
  • Collaborates with HR Systems, configuration partners, and other stakeholders to plan and implement system enhancements.
  • Leads project teams for the successful deployment of new system features and modules.
  • Ensures alignment of system enhancements with business processes and objectives.
  • Drives data integrity by establishing and enforcing data governance policies.
  • Develops and maintains advanced reporting and analytics capabilities to support business decision-making.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and optimization through core system functionality within HR operations.
  • Implements best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
     

Qualifications

  • 8+ years progressive human resources experience in a progressive, fast-paced environment, with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing companywide programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; experience in a corporate environment at large organization is preferred.
  • Proven experience with  SAP SuccessFactors HCM system or similar HR technology platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of leading change management best practices and methodologies (eg. Prosci, Adkar), and proven experience of measuring the effectiveness of culture transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent networking, partnership, and stakeholder management skills, with a solid understanding of how people respond and adapt to change.
  • Able to build highly effective relationships across the organization and create alignment.
