Gain practical experience on processes, technology, and continuous improvement initiatives that help our HRPD teams succeed as an HR Business Solutions Student for our NAHQ district for 4 months starting in September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain HRPD process documentation and training materials.
- Partner with internal HRPD teams to ensure documentation reflects current process and system functionality.
- Establish and maintain an inventory of training materials, ensuring consistent structure formatting and documentation standards across all resources.
- Support documentation reviews and updates related to system releases, enhancements, and process changes and improvements.
- Support the review of SAP SuccessFactors enhancements and related process impacts and assist with creation of release documentation to support HRPD users.
- Respond to HRPD inquiries and help promote consistent use of HRPD systems and functionality.
- Explore and apply AI tools to help automate audit activities and enhance analysis of audit findings.
What you will bring to the role:
- Strong user‑focused technical writing and documentation skills.
- Experience creating instructional content for enterprise or large‑scale business applications.
- Hands‑on experience with training documentation and work‑instruction and user enablement tools.
- Ability to translate complex system behavior into clear, non‑technical language.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation streams across parallel releases.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
