Join us as a Human Resources Student for our NAHQ district, within our Canadian Buildings sector starting Aug 17, 2026, ending April 30, 2027. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team and support the recruitment process from start to finish. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, talent acquisition, and recruitment operations while contributing to real hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage job postings and requisitions.
- Support pre-screening activities and help move candidates through the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Consolidate interview feedback to support hiring decisions.
- Prepare and coordinate employment offers for selected candidates
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics and hiring data.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure recruitment information is kept up to date.
- Provide support on ad hoc initiatives and tasks within Canadian Buildings team
What you will bring to the role:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred).
- Strong interest in recruitment, Human Resources, or talent acquisition.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with data and tracking information.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
