We are seeking a Support Solutions Student in Edmonton, Alberta, that is available for 4 or 8 months starting in September 8, 2026. As an Support Solutions Student you will contribute to our team by:
Responsibilities
- Resolves process related system support issues.
- Logs and respond to technology related issues and requests.
- Works with various support teams to effectively resolve incidents and problems
- Provides advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Consults user guides, technical manual and other sources to research and implement solutions.
- Maintains support procedures and processes.
- Communicates known errors and issues to users.

- Ability to work both independently and as a team
