Here's how a Nas Project Manager for nFusion Services Inc. within Nassal contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and maintains the project safety plan. Creates and influences the safety culture by leading by example as a mentor and model.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of the project safety plan.
  • Chairs HSE meetings, manages team safety inspections, and ensures that policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
  • Conducts site and safety inspections, attends progress meetings, leads by example, reviews incidents, near misses, HSE reports, and statistics, and effects change to ensure that project safety standards, legislation, and environmental programs are followed.
  • Chairs project meetings and ensures minutes are properly prepared/reviewed and promptly issued.
  • Leads in securing new work by participating in estimates and working with trade contractors.
  • Involved in district preconstruction services, proposals, and interviews.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of a quality management plan and quality culture with stakeholder buy-in.
  • Oversees total construction to ensure project is constructed as per design, budget, quality, and schedule.
  • Conducts review of design documentation, leveraging the necessary team members, and seeks resolution from the design team with respect to compliance, scope creep, cost optimization, code requirements, procurement, safety in design, construction sequencing, and constructability.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and application of health, safety, and environment principles/procedures/legislation.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry and company operations, including building materials, construction specifications, methods and procedures, and safety and quality management practices for large, complex, and diverse projects.
  • Knowledge of diverse project types, delivery and construction methods, sequencing and timelines.
  • Ability to identify and solicit internal or external support to solve construction challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of and ability to apply project construction laws and building codes and leverage such knowledge.
  • Ability to monitor and forecast project resources and staffing for the project.
  • Superior planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize team tasks for prompt execution.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing others and many construction project facets, including multiple scope coordination. Experience leading and assessing trade performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading effective project meetings with customers, consultants, internal employees; experience presenting at client meetings or for project pursuit.
  • Ability to monitor complex project budgets and schedules and create and schedule a project.

The estimated salary range for this role is $132,000-$150,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
