As a Project Coordinator for our Maryvale Solar Farm Project near Dubbo, NSW you’ll have the opportunity to supoprt the successful delivery of Solar EPC projects by coordinator project activites, managing documentation and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

Here's how a Project Coordinator for PCL Constructors Pacific Rim PTY Ltd. within Solar Australia contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
- Assists the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating solar PV projects from initiation to completion.
- Monitors project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to project plans.
- Maintains project documentation including contracts, drawings, permits, and reports.
- Coordinates with internal teams (engineering, procurement, construction) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, subcontractors).
- Tracks procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to site.
- Supports site teams with logistics, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Prepares and distributes project status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Assists with risk management, issue tracking, and resolution.
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Contributes to continuous improvement of project coordination processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy or related field.
- 4-6 years of construction industry experience, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects.
- Experience with Primevera P6 is an assset.
- Knowledge of construction industry including equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, building material, quality, safety, construcion sequences and building code.
- Ability to apply basic engineering and problem-solving pronciples to construction challenges and present solutions.
- Ability to create comprehensice schedules and formulate and adminster subcontractors and contract documents.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Understaniing of Solar PV systems and EPC project workflows is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
