Here's how a Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator for our Montreal office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning, production, and delivery of professional proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Structure and organize responses to requests for proposals to deliver clear, complete, and strategically tailored submissions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders by proactively following up on communications and responsibilities to ensure adherence to internal deadlines.
  • Design and create visually impactful graphic assets that align with the company’s strategies, showcasing our services and expertise.
  • Work with internal teams to develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and brochures tailored to each client.
  • Prepare various visual tools, such as organizational charts, graphs, and tables, to effectively communicate complex information.
  • Ensure the polished and professional layout of various documents related to proposals, presentations, and communications.
  • Bring creativity into proposals and presentations to personalize them according to each client’s unique needs.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in marketing, graphic design, or a closely related field;
  • Advanced proficiency in InDesign;
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint;
  • Strong French writing skills (an asset);
  • Bilingualism in French and English (an asset).
  • Attention to detail, precision, and accuracy;
  • Autonomy and initiative;
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently;
  • Capability to handle unexpected challenges;
  • Skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
