We are seeking a Procurement Student, for our Solar District that is available for 4 - 16 months starting May 2026.
As a Procurement Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:
Responsibilities
- Assisting with coordinating and managing the project design and procurement process which includes taking detailed meeting minutes and following up on open items.
- Assisting with review of RFP documentation, drawings/diagrams, and specifications for key project requirements.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders by utilizing PM4+ to send RFIs and submittals.
- Assist projects with material take-offs, quantity optimization, and pricing compilation and recaps. Streamlining project processes by developing procurement operating practices and converting excel tools into standard Solar templates.
- Supporting project success by developing and maintaining PM4+ procurement dashboards for projects. Draft purchase orders and coordinate with estimators and schedulers to ensure compliance with project budgets and expected delivery dates.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Developing and maintaining strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a solar preconstruction function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Proficient in various computer software programs, including AutoCad, word processing, and spreadsheet applications (Excel)
- Familiarity with PM4+ and Power BI is a plus.

The estimated salary range for this role is $21.37- $31.34, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
