We are seeking Scheduling Students for our Toronto district, within our Canadian Buildings Division that are available for 4 month or 8 months starting May 2026.
As a Scheduling Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:
Responsibilities
- Assists with schedule creation
- Updates for small projects based on direction from Scheduling Manager
- Creates schedule content and completes schedule updates as directed
- Assists schedulers with monitoring and communicating the project schedules to project and scheduling team
- Basic Knowledge of construction specifications, building materials, methods, and materials.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment basic knowledge of building materials, methods, and materials
- Application of various computer software programs will be required, including scheduling software such as: Primavera, Microsoft Project or excel as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with scheduling team
The estimated hourly range for this role is $21.37- $31.34, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
