We are seeking a Data Analytics Student, for our BC Region district, within our Canadian Buildings Division that is available for 4 months starting in May 2025. This position will be under the direct supervisor of the Senior Estimator.
Here's how a Data Analytics Student for our BC Region office contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
• Input raw data and transform information to requested tables, charts and pivot tables
• Perform problem solving capabilities
• Explore new technologies
• Analyze large amounts of data and convey information in a concise manner
• Perform all duties according to prescribed safety procedures
• Gather data and capture the information into databases
• Gather documents from various sources, which may also include extracting information from these materials, capturing data into databases and storing hard copies
Qualifications
• Ability work effectively using Power BI, Excel, Share Point and Pivot tables
• Have a positive attitude, highly motivated and able to work independently
• Possess excellent analytical skills and ability to problem solve
• Attention to detail and calculations
• Have a desire and ability to support customer needs with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Proven ability to accomplish objectives and work proactively
Pay Range: $19.35 - $24
