Here's how a(n) Nas Senior Project Manager for our nFusion-Nassal office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

  • Liaises with clients to ensure that projects are constructed as per quality and safety standards and contract.
  • Understands client drivers and offers value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and/or schedule benefit to the client while maintaining value-added outcomes as part of our solution provider service, where warranted.
  • Coordinates, monitors, and manages design deliverable schedule to facilitate and/or assist with permits, procurement, shop drawings, off-site production, construction, and commissioning in conjunction with the review and signoff by the client.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains the project safety program for a safe work environment. Creates and influences safety culture as a mentor and model.
  • Conducts job site tours and safety inspections and leads by example to ensure that policies, procedures, environmental programs, and safety standards are followed.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of a quality management plan and quality culture with stakeholder buy-in.
  • Conducts review of design and seeks resolution from the design team with respect to compliance, scope creep, cost optimization, code requirements, procurement, safety in design, construction sequencing, and constructability.
  • Monitors production and reviews work of assigned resources to ensure that project time, cost, and quality objectives are met.
  • Manages construction quality compliance with design documentation.
  • Leads to secure new work by participating in estimates, working with trade contractors, and/or participating in proposals and presentations.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience developing strategies, roadmaps, and scopes of work for early phase project planning, including proposal bid cost estimate oversight and risk management input for various delivery models, including Design-Build for Entertainment and Culture Projects.
  • Understanding of Business Planning, Economic Feasibility, and Licensing for Location-Based Entertainment.
  • Experience managing Experiential and or Museum Design Projects, including Architecture, Engineering, Specialty Disciplines.
  • Proven problem solver to drive design and cost alignment. Ensure design compliance with client requirements, budget, and schedule.
  • Serve as primary point of contact with client and external stakeholders during design and pre-construction delivery phase. Provide strong project leadership through clear communication, collaboration, and relationship management with internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrate innovative, analytical, and creative thinking through a capacity to solve complex challenges, drive company growth, and navigate ambiguity in dynamic project settings for a wide range of clients and projects in the Entertainment and Culture space.
  • Demonstrate cross-functional team leadership of multidisciplinary teams in complex, creative environments with an understanding of interfaces and integration points, roles, and responsibilities of team members.
  • Represent nFusion at industry events, make client presentations to drive new opportunities, and communicate the firm’s value proposition. Confidence and ability to present, communicate, and build relationships.
  • Professional project management credentials, architectural or engineering expertise, or equivalent exhibit fabrication and construction experience to ensure best-in-class project delivery.
